• Clients
  • List of clients with User Registration options
  • There is a facilities to create client with fields Name, Client Login Account, Email, Contact, Description, Document.
  • Administrator having Add/Edit/Delete/View facilities for each clients.

  • List of Projects. Admin can add any numbers of projects.
  • Admin can create any number of projects with Client and Client login account selection.
  • Fields will remain Name, Client Account, Client Selection, Status, Project Description.

• Task Management
  • Task management are most important module of this functionality.
  • Here Administrator, Employee, Clients, Consultant having different rights to manage tasks .
  • Login user having facilities to update Task Priority, Task Status, Assign To from the list of portal.
  • For adding the task, user required Task name, Project Selection, Client, Task Status, Task Priority, Assign To, Assign By, Milestone, Start Date, End Date, Estimate Hours, Task Document if any, Description

• Leaves
  • Leaves having basic functionality to apply leaves.
  • Employee, Admin can apply leave from and to date of any date range. Admin will receive an email for approval. Once admin from backend side.
  • For Applying Leave, user need to Enter Leave Reason, Leave From, Leave To, Remarks if any.

  • Here user can enter daily working hours details in this module.
